"Nikki, Rachel, Kacey...This a a great staff. I drive past 3 other Sport Clips locations to get here. There seems to be noting this staff can not do. They listen well. Give you the cut you want. The MVP is a great value. Hours should work for most. Now you can check in online, or through their app for iOS. They look forward to seeing you soon."

"I told them to keep my bangs and side burns and they took them both completely off. Most expensive hair cut and the WORST ive ever recieved. I highly do not recommend this place."

"Great place for a haircut. I get my haircut here and also bring my two sons ( 7 and 4). Stylists are good and very friendly, especially with kids. Manager (Nikki) always seems to be there and she is a great stylist as well. Heard there have been some negative things said in the past; but nothing but positive experiences for myself and boys. Keep up the good work Nikki."

"Was told a 10 minute wait and ended up having to wait 25 minutes. The workers were standing around talking while there was people waiting to get their haircut. Almost as if the customers didn’t even exist."

"I've only had positive experiences here. I've had 3 stylists cut my hair and they are all super nice. Prices are competitive with other hair salons in the area. I'm not a sports guy at all, so don't let the sports angle scare you away if you're like me."

"Arrived for my son's haircut and there were 2 names ahead of him on the board and a stylist available, but the 2 people hadn't showed up. Apparently online check in gives you a suggested time, which the 2 people ahead of him did and the name board said 5 minutes for them when we arrived and our time said 22 minutes. I'm guessing that was their suggested check in time). We were specifically waiting for Denise to finish the toddlers haircut so my son could get his haircut. After waiting 15 minutes in an empty waiting area, the toddler haircut finished up, and then the father and son showed up that did online check in and we were skipped and had to wait another 22 minutes. I'm thinking that the professional thing to do would be that if you don't show up at your suggested time, then you move down on the list and not see them right away and the people that have checked in and are waiting should be seen first. When they arrive outside of the suggested time it makes the people that have been waiting wait even longer. Clearly that is not how the system should work. Especially because Sports Clips stresses that they don't take appointments, but they do, otherwise my son wouldn't have to wait double the amount of time. The people that have been waiting should be serviced first, unless of course you've shown up at your suggested time. My suggestion so you don't have to wait so long, is to check in online and you can show up whenever you want, up to 30 minutes after the suggested time I was told by a staff member. The people that have been waiting will wait even longer, but at least you won't have to wait. Haircut was great, but shouldn't have to wait 45 min for a boys haircut, because people are late for their appointment, aka "suggested time.""
