"I've only had positive experiences here. I've had 3 stylists cut my hair and they are all super nice. Prices are competitive with other hair salons in the area. I'm not a sports guy at all, so don't let the sports angle scare you away if you're like me."

"If I could leave less than 1 Star I would. Stylist did not listen to any requests. Each guest appears to walk out with the exact same haircut. The stylist butchered my son's hair, the day before school photos. When I told her it was way shorter than I had asked, she told me it was too late because she can't make his hair longer (duh!). I gave specific instructions, right down to the clipper size he usually gets. I even asked her at several points to not go shorter, and she insisted she was just finishing up, or thinning out, not removing length. I'm guessing from the choppy uneven mess my poor kiddo ended up with, that she continued to cut and cut and cut because she didn't possess the skills to properly cut an even and blended head of hair. Her only solution was to cut more to try to even it out. Well, she eventually ran out of hair to cut, and we were left with a mess, and a crying 7 year old. We've loved other sports clips locations, but won't be returning to this one. Not that my son will need a haircut in while, since he basically left with a buzz cut."

"Arrived for my son's haircut and there were 2 names ahead of him on the board and a stylist available, but the 2 people hadn't showed up. Apparently online check in gives you a suggested time, which the 2 people ahead of him did and the name board said 5 minutes for them when we arrived and our time said 22 minutes. I'm guessing that was their suggested check in time). We were specifically waiting for Denise to finish the toddlers haircut so my son could get his haircut. After waiting 15 minutes in an empty waiting area, the toddler haircut finished up, and then the father and son showed up that did online check in and we were skipped and had to wait another 22 minutes. I'm thinking that the professional thing to do would be that if you don't show up at your suggested time, then you move down on the list and not see them right away and the people that have checked in and are waiting should be seen first. When they arrive outside of the suggested time it makes the people that have been waiting wait even longer. Clearly that is not how the system should work. Especially because Sports Clips stresses that they don't take appointments, but they do, otherwise my son wouldn't have to wait double the amount of time. The people that have been waiting should be serviced first, unless of course you've shown up at your suggested time. My suggestion so you don't have to wait so long, is to check in online and you can show up whenever you want, up to 30 minutes after the suggested time I was told by a staff member. The people that have been waiting will wait even longer, but at least you won't have to wait. Haircut was great, but shouldn't have to wait 45 min for a boys haircut, because people are late for their appointment, aka "suggested time.""

"Worst Place Ever to get your hair cut. This place caters to men because every woman there hits on you. I suppose if you like that kind of thing it can be flattering, but to me it is extremely unprofessional. The stations were a mess, and management was talking loudly to the other stylists in the salon the whole time I was there. Not to mention that my haircut was all fucked up when I left. These people do not know how to cut hair straight to save their life. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would."
